Tuzowins Casino Kenya

01What Is Tuzowins Casino and Who Operates It?

Tuzowins is a Kenyan online casino run by Golden Honey Badger Technology Limited. The company holds two BCLB licences. I checked both numbers on the About Us page before my first deposit.

BCLB is the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya. The Gambling Control Act 2025 now transfers its functions to the Gambling Regulatory Authority (GRA). Tuzowins works in Kenyan shillings and accepts only Kenyan phone numbers.

02How to Complete Tuzowins Sign Up?

You need a Kenyan phone number, a password and a verification code. I finished the whole process in about 40 seconds.

My advice is simple. Use the number that holds your M-Pesa wallet. Tuzowins uses one number for login, deposits and withdrawals.

Registration with a Phone Number and Password

I tapped "Register" in the top right corner. A window with the title "Start to Register on Tuzowins" opened. The phone field had a small Kenyan flag. Here are the steps I followed:

1. I entered my number in the format 0XXXXXXXXX.
2. I created a password.
3. I tapped the grey "SMS" button.
4. I typed the code into the verification field.
5. I pressed "Register".

The Terms and Conditions box was already ticked. My account opened right after the last tap.

SMS Verification Code Problems During Registration

My SMS code came within a few seconds. A friend of mine had a delay on a weak network. These steps help in such a case:

• check the number for a typo;
• wait one or two minutes;
• tap "SMS" again;
• tap the WhatsApp icon to get the code there;
• contact support if nothing arrives.

03How to Use Tuzowins Login?

Tuzowins login needs only your phone number and password. I use the same account in the browser and in the app.

There is no username or email. This makes login fast on any phone.

Login Steps on the Website and App

I tap "Log In" at the top of the homepage. The "Welcome to Tuzowins" window opens. Then I do this:

1. Enter my number in the 0XXXXXXXXX format.
2. Enter my password.
3. Press "Log in".

My balance and bonuses load right after that.

Password Recovery and Login Problem Fixes

If you forget your password, tap "Forgot password" in the bottom left corner of the login window. A code comes to your phone. You enter it and set a new password. I changed my password once through Profile. The Settings button is in the upper right corner there.

04How to Download the Tuzowins App?

Tap the red Download button on the homepage. It carries an "Extra Bonus" label. The download page offers two gold buttons: "Download App" and "Add To Home Screen".

The page lists three benefits: "Save Data", "First-Hand News" and "Better Experience". I noticed lower data use after I switched to the app. Push notifications now tell me about new cash events.

Android App Installation from the Download Page

The Android app comes as an APK file from the official site. An APK is an installation file for Android phones. I installed it on my phone this way:

1. I opened tuzowins.com in Chrome.
2. I tapped Download and then "Download App".
3. I opened the file from the notification panel.
4. I allowed "Install unknown apps" for Chrome.
5. I tapped "Install" and logged in.

The setup took me about two minutes on 4G.

Add to Home Screen Option for iPhone Users

On an iPhone, open tuzowins.com in Safari. Tap "Add To Home Screen" on the download page. The Tuzowins icon then appears on your home screen. It opens the site in full screen with one tap.

05How to Deposit on Tuzowins via M-Pesa?

Open the Deposit tab, enter the amount and confirm the M-Pesa prompt with your PIN. My balance updated right after I entered the PIN.

Tuzowins uses an STK push. This is an M-Pesa payment request that appears on your phone screen. You do not need to type a Paybill number.

Deposit Steps from the Deposit Tab

Here is how I made my first deposit:

1. I tapped "Deposit" in the bottom menu.
2. I chose a quick amount.
3. I confirmed the request.
4. I entered my M-Pesa PIN in the pop-up.
5. I checked the new balance at the top of the screen.

Minimum Deposit Amount and M-Pesa Number Matching

The minimum deposit is KES 50. The payment must come from the M-Pesa number of your account. I also recommend a daily deposit. It activates the Daily Pack with up to 50% extra cash.

06How to Place a Tuzowins Bet?

Pick a game, tap "PLAY", choose your stake and start the round. Every game also has a "DEMO" button for free practice.

The lobby is easy to use on a small screen. Above it, a live winners feed shows recent wins. On my first visit I saw "07*****922 won cash 17,812 in BuffaloWin".

Game Lobby Categories and Demo Mode Practice

The lobby has five tabs. Each tab holds a different type of game.

I always start a new game in demo mode. It uses virtual credits. No deposit is needed. Demo credits cannot be withdrawn. Each game also has a help button with rules and a paytable.

Tuzowins Aviator Multiplier and Cash Out Rules

Aviator is a crash game from Spribe. A multiplier grows until a random moment. You win if you cash out before the plane flies away.

Each round follows this order:

1. Set the stake during the betting window.
2. Press "Bet".
3. Watch the multiplier grow from 1.00x.
4. Press "Cash Out" before the plane leaves.

For example, a KES 100 bet with a cash out at 2.50x pays KES 250. I like the two bet panels. I set "Auto Cash Out" at 1.50x on one panel. I cash out the second one by hand. Aviator has an RTP of 97%. RTP is the share of stakes a game returns over a long period. The game uses Provably Fair technology. It lets you check that no one changed the round result.

Coins and Tickets for the Lucky Wheel and Lucky Draw

Coins and tickets are free reward units on Tuzowins. I collect them every day:

1. Tap "Get Cash" and check in for free coins.
2. Spend the coins on the Lucky Wheel.
3. Complete tasks in the Task Centre for a free ticket.
4. Use the ticket in the Lucky Draw.

Prizes from both games are real cash.

07Tuzowins Bonuses for Kenyan Players

Tuzowins offers a welcome bonus, hourly cash events, a daily deposit bonus and a referral reward. All offers are in the Event Center tab.

KSh 1000 Login Offer and Hourly Cash Bonus Event

The KSh 1000 offer appeared in a pop-up right on the homepage. It goes to the bonus balance. A wagering requirement applies. This is the total amount you bet before bonus cash becomes withdrawable. The Cash Bonus Event gives out up to KSh 20,000 every hour. That means 24 chances each day.

Refer a Friend Cash Reward

Tuzowins pays you cash when your friend places bets. I opened the invite event and tapped "Refer a Friend". Then I sent my link to friends on WhatsApp. The "invitation details" section shows each friend and their bets.

08How Does Tuzowins Withdrawal Work with M-Pesa?

Open the Withdraw tab, enter the amount and confirm. The money goes to the M-Pesa number of your account. The minimum withdrawal is KSh 1,000.

You can withdraw real cash wins, prizes from the Lucky Wheel and Lucky Draw, and bonus cash after wagering.

Withdrawal Steps and Processing Time

I follow these steps:

1. Tap "Withdraw" in the bottom menu.
2. Check the withdrawable balance.
3. Enter an amount from KSh 1,000.
4. Confirm the request.
5. Wait for the M-Pesa SMS.

A withdrawal takes from a few minutes up to 24 hours. Finish the bonus wagering first for a fast payout.

Withdrawal Tax Under Kenyan Law

Kenya charges a 5% excise tax on withdrawals from betting accounts. The rule comes from the Finance Act 2025. The tax goes to KRA at the moment of withdrawal.

09Tuzowins Customer Support

Tuzowins support answers on WhatsApp, live chat, email and through a feedback form. The team works from 08:00 to 00:00.

I add my account number to every message. Replies to the feedback form arrive in the Message inbox on the site.
